Radisson Hotel Oakland Airport

I arrived late and the night time desk attendant was very helpful. She was finishing up with a guest when I arrived and quickly helped me and my guest to get registered and showed up the way to the room. The hotel was quiet, clean and had lots of extras like a refrigerator in the room, a coffee maker with pods, creamer and sweetener. The beds were well equipped with blankets and pillows. There was full sized, built-in body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

The bed was amazing as well as the water pressure and the washroom. I loved that they have an iron and iron board inside the bedroom and a full-body mirror. The swimming pool was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also really liked the amenities, especially the coffee maker and capsules. The location near Oakland Arena was perfect.

Room was comfortable and quiet. There were a number of other guest checking in who were clearly there for a party of some sort, but I couldn't hear them once I shut the door.

The service at this hotel was outstanding- thanks to the lady working at the front desk September 9th, around 7pm! 10/10 Skittle to the airport helped us so much that we can’t even describe it! We got amazing help and a great room in to tower.

The price was very high (it’s not really bad or anything but you don’t take debit card or cash) but it’s ok it’s not a big deal and I would like my deposit money back quicker next time but you are a very good hotel
